Tiles DA.002 to DA.049 show the rights and obligations of the data holder, whereby the following grouping of contents is made, which does not correspond to the numerical (confusing) order of the legal text, but to logical connections:

Salmon-coloured tiles > Provisions concerning the primary use of data by the data holder (selling, renting or leasing a connected product or providing a related service)

Orange tiles > Provisions concerning the sharing of data by the data holder

Dark orange tiles > Provisions concerning the use of the shared data

Purple tiles > Provisions concerning technical and organisational measures accompanying the sharing of data 

Blue tiles > Contractual provisions for the sharing of data

Green tiles > Provisions concerning data protection

Greyish tiles > Provisions concerning the compensation for sharing data

Blue-green tiles > Provisions concerning dispute settlements
