Tiles DA.050 to DA.099 show the rights and obligations of the user, whereby the grouping of contents does not correspond to the numerical (confusing) order of the legal text but to logical connections:

Salmon-coloured tiles > Provisions concerning the primary use of data by the data holder (selling, renting or leasing a connected product or providing a related service)

Orange tiles > Provisions concerning the sharing of data by the data holder with the user

Dark orange tiles > Provisions concerning the use of the shared data by the user

Purple tiles > Provisions concerning technical and organisational measures accompanying the sharing of data by the data holder with the user

Blue tiles > Contractual provisions for the sharing of data by the data holder with the user

Green tiles > Provisions concerning data protection in the relationship between data holder and user

Greyish tiles > Provisions concerning the compensation for sharing data
