Art. 5 (10a) DGA:

"In order to support public sector bodies and re-users, the Commission may adopt implementing acts providing model contractual clauses for complying with the obligations referred to in paragraph (10) points (a) and (b). Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 29 (2a)."
