Art. 5 (5) DGA:

"In the case of re-use allowed according to paragraph 3 points (b) and (c) the public sector bodies shall impose conditions that preserve the integrity of the functioning of the technical systems of the secure processing environment used. [...]"

Art. 7 (2) (a) DGA:

"The support [by competent bodies] provided for in paragraph 1 shall include, where necessary:

(a) providing technical support by making available a secure processing environment for providing access for the re-use of data;"
