The Schutzgut is the dignity of the human being. Some would like to recognize "administrative depersonalization" already when no human is involved in decision-making (lack of "human intervention"). However, one will not be able to see a high risk in every use of technology or digitization. It makes sense to demand that further circumstances be added that turn the use of technology or digitization into a degradation.
