Art. 31 (4) Data Act (COM Proposal)
"Where a Member State designates more than one competent authority, the competent authorities shall, in the exercise of the tasks and powers assigned to them under paragraph 3 of this Article, cooperate with each other, including, as appropriate, with the supervisory authority responsible for monitoring the application of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, to ensure the consistent application of this Regulation. In such cases, relevant Member States shall designate a coordinating competent authority."
Art. 32 (3) Data Act (COM Proposal):
"Competent authorities shall cooperate to handle and resolve complaints, including by exchanging all relevant information by electronic means, without undue delay. This cooperation shall not affect the specific cooperation mechanism provided for by Chapters VI and VII of Regulation (EU) 2016/679."
