"Member States shall ensure that the respective tasks and powers of the competent authorities designated pursuant to paragraph 1 of this Article are clearly defined and include:

(h) cooperating with all relevant competent authorities to ensure that the obligations of Chapter VI are enforced consistently with other Union legislation and self-regulation applicable to providers of data processing service;

Art. 32 (3) Data Act (COM Proposal)

"Competent authorities shall cooperate to handle and resolve complaints, including by exchanging all relevant information by electronic means, without undue delay. This cooperation shall not affect the specific cooperation mechanism provided for by Chapters VI and VII of Regulation (EU) 2016/679."
