Art. 30 (4) Data Act (COM Proposal)

"A smart contract that meets the harmonised standards or the relevant parts thereof drawn up and published in the Official Journal of the European Union shall be presumed to be in conformity with the essential requirements under paragraph 1 of this Article to the extent those standards cover those requirements."
