Art. 17 (1) (a) Data Act - Trialogue Agreement

Where requesting data pursuant to Article 14(1), a public sector body or the Commission, the European Central Bank or Union body shall:

(a)     specify what data are required, including metadata that is necessary to interpret and use that data;

A request for data made pursuant to paragraph 1 of this Article shall:
