Tiles DA.100 to DA.149 show the rights and obligations of the third party (also the data recipient who is not the user), whereby the grouping of contents does not correspond to the numerical (confusing) order of the legal text but to logical connections:

 

Salmon-coloured tiles > Rudimentary provisions concerning the obligations for the agreements between third party and user

Orange tiles > Provisions concerning the sharing of data by the data holder with the third party

Dark orange tiles > Provisions concerning the use of the shared data by the third party

Purple tiles > Provisions concerning technical and organisational measures accompanying the sharing of data by the data holder with the third party

Blue tiles > Provisions concerning the obligations for the agreements between third party and data holder

Green tiles > Provisions concerning data protection in the relationship between third party and data holder

Greyish tiles > Provisions concerning the compensation for sharing data

Blue-green tiles > Provisions concerning dispute settlements
