Art. 20 (1) DGA:

"Each Member State shall designate one or more competent authorities responsible for the public national register of recognised data altruism organisations and for the monitoring of compliance with the requirements of this Chapter. The designated competent authorities for the registration of data altruism organisations shall meet the requirements of Article 23."
