Art. 12 (1) DGA:

"Each Member State shall designate in its territory one or more authorities competent to carry out the tasks related to the notification framework for data intermediation services and shall communicate to the Commission the identity of those designated authorities by [date of application of this Regulation]. It shall also communicate to the Commission  any subsequent modification."
