Art. 10 (7a) DGA:

"The competent authority referred to in Article 12 shall confirm, upon the request of a provider of data intermediation services, that the provider complies with Articles 10 and 11. Upon receipt of such a confirmation, that provider may use the title ‘provider of data intermediation services recognised in the Union’ in its written and spoken communication, as well as a common logo. [...]"
