DSA.211 H Informing the recipient

 

 

Art. 10 (5) DSA:

 

Providers of intermediary services shall inform the recipient of the service concerned, at the latest at the time when the order is applied, of the order received and the effect given to it, or, where applicable, at the time provided by the issuing authority in its order. Such information to the recipient of the service shall, at least, include the statement of reasons and the redress possibilities, as included in the order pursuant to paragraph 2.
