Art. 5 (8) DGA:

"When data requested is considered confidential, in accordance with Union or national law on [...] statistical confidentiality, the public sector bodies shall ensure that the confidential information is not disclosed as a result of allowing such re-use, unless such re-use is allowed in accordance with paragraph (6)."
