Art. 7 (1a) DGA:

"The competent bodies may also be entrusted, pursuant to Union or national law which provides for such access to be given, to grant access for the re-use of the categories of data referred to in Article 3 (1). While performing their function to grant or refuse access for re-use, Articles 4, 5, 6 and 8a shall apply in regard to such competent bodies."
