Section 11 paragraph 3 German Criminal Code:

For the purposes of those provisions which refer to this subsection, ʻcontentʼ means that which is contained in writings, on audio or visual media, on data carriers, in images or other materialised content or which is also transmitted independently of any storage using information or communication technologies.
