DA.001 General

 

The EU Commission proposed the Data Act on 23 February 2022. The draft can be found here. On 14 July 2023, Coreper agreed to the provisional agreement in the trialogue. The text cited on the following tiles corresponds to this agreement. However, there will be some editorial adjustments to the final version of the Data Act.

 

The tiles on this page list the rights and obligations that the Data Act confers/imposes on the various subjects of the law, with data holders, users and third parties being the most important. The Data Act entitles/imposes:
