P.21 Humanitarian Purposes
Some provisions of the GDPR recognise humanitarian purposes as public interest:
Recitals: 46,73, 112 and 158 GDPR.
At the same time, humanitarian purposes may also be an individual interest of the natural or legal person processing personal data for these purposes [CO.30].
