Practical Concordance

In many provision of the GDPR a balancing test has to be done between the rights of the data subject [Tile DS.01] on the one hand and the rights of the controller [Tile CO.03] and/or other persons [Tile CO.04] on the other hand.

It is, of course, in the public interest that these balancing tests are carried out in a lawful, relevant and proportionate way.
